I was kept well informed of the order progress. I selected Royal Mail delivery and it was stated that the balloon would be despatched 1 day before due date. It was actually sent 2 days before and it arrived on the big day (despite the disruption of COVID 19)so I was more than happy when the recipient contacted me to say they had received it. WILL CERTAINLY USE BLOONAWAY AGAIN. Thank you so much 😂
