I have purchased all the Boho Beautiful programs now and love them, there is such a variety to cover all needs. I spent alot of time doing Transform to get in shape. In lockdown i done the Boho Retreat which was lovely. Now im doing Boho Complete and also the yoga detox programs i like to mix it up. Julia has a lovely voice and the destinations they are filmed in make a beautiful back drop which take you away to sunny beaches which brightens my day. I definitely recommend
