I had an abysmal experience with this auction house and with its director. Not only were my items not as described when I finally received them, but it was like pulling teeth to get them shipped, as well as them charging my debit card TWICE, so I had over $3k pulled from my account and they didn’t seem to notice until I called them overseas and pointed it out. We did get that sorted. But, there were endless excuses and promises made about when my items would ship and VAT would be refunded...and then they often stopped responding to messages. I was patient and then reached the point where I did the footwork about what form they needed for the VAT, as that was one of the delaying tactics they used with me. I told them my patience was gone and they still put me off...funny, how when I finally left a review simply stating the experience was frustrating they responded immediately - but not to take care of things, only to be snarky and rude and vindictive - telling me they would now not refund my VAT since I had left a review. That was Alan, the director. So unprofessional. I noticed on another site that he had even left himself a five star review to bolster his rating. Honestly, I would steer very clear of this auction house and instead go to one of the many pleasant and professional ones out there.
