Just taken delivery of a Kawai CA99 digital piano package from Bonners. Great price, fantastic instrument and fabulous customer service - ordered on line (unfortunately I live too far from any of their stores to visit them) and got a call from them a couple of hours later to explain the delivery process and likely timeline. In fact the piano arrived a week earlier than expected (delivered by proper piano movers who offered to unpack/set up/take away packaging for me) and the stool/headphones, while shipped separately, arrived via TNT on the same day. The piano is, needless to say, amazing and the whole process was incredibly easy. Unfortunately I can’t get the ‘customer service’ rating question to respond to my inputs but would have given 5 stars had I been able to. 100% recommended.
