I have been super impressed with the customer service I’ve received from Boundary from day one. From my initial enquiry with regards wanting to know a bit more about the features, through to the technical support I’ve received with regards the installation of my new system. Really felt like I was treated as an individual and given totally personal service. The system is superb and fits my needs perfectly. The phone is is great and I’m able to remotely set my alarm with no issues whatsoever and monitor it from work. I’ve tested it out by triggering it on purpose and have received immediate push notifications, texts and a phone call informing me on the alarm trigger. Top marks and 10/10 to the whole team at Boundary.
