I am impressed with the hardware and how easily the installation process was. Being app controlled it is really easy to use. Had a minor issue with the app locking on my phone during installation but this was sorted by the technical team within hours. I have been even more impressed with the level of customer service, Outstanding. The only thing that I find slightly annoying is the size of arming and disarming button on the app. More so in the morning when you wake blurry eyed, sleepy and cant find my glasses. A bigger button would be great. I have recommended the alarm system to a family member. Robin
