Ordered from them on August 19th for home delivery. The OnTrac showed that it was loaded onto the truck for local delivery by OnTrac on August 23rd. Tracking kept saying "exception" and delivery date kept updating to the day I checked. Finally said it was delivered at 11:40 at night on Labor Day. I never got the package. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a template response about checking with my neighbors and waiting abother 5 days in case the package shows up. Don't bother ordering from BoxLunch because you will never get your order.
