Twice now, I have ordered a product they is listed as "in stock" only to get an email a couple days later telling me it is backordered 4-6 weeks. They shouldn't take the order if it's not in stock, but what makes me the most mad, is that they have charged me for the item already and who knows if it is going to ship at all!!! They have basically stolen my money!!!!!!!! I didn't think it was legal to charge for the product before it ships out. To make things worse, I called customer service and they said they couldn't help me at all. They also said there was no one I could talk to and they didn't have the number for "corporate". What?! You work for a company and don't know the corporate number?? I think not. Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
