I only received 1/2 of what I ordered, despite 15 emails to customer service asking for the tracking info or for help. Finally I received a survey asking me about my experience with customer service. I gave them a bad review since they still hadn't solved my issue and I was making it easy...either send it or refund it. This is what I got back! Is THIS customer service?????

I answered your queries and provided the information asked for. Is there anything else you feel I personally could have done better?
