I placed my order on 06/15/18 and tried to cancel it through the support email. I was told since I placed the order it can’t be cancelled. I waited for over 10 business days and finally called the support line to state I haven’t received my product I was told that emails were just going to be sent stating they were on back order after I said well I didn’t receive any communication that my product was on back order. I then asked again for a refund and was told well my product was going to be shipped so I couldn’t get a refund I will have to wait for the order then return it in order to get my returns. Today is 07/10/18 and my bra still hasn’t been delivered or any type of communication from brayola. I can’t wait for thei new excuses tomorrow when I call in to see why I still haven’t received my order. This seems like a scam and through email or phone support the customer gets a run around.
