I ordered several bras & returned 2 bras that did not fit the same day I received the order. I did not receive a refund for one item and the second item I received a partial refund. When I questioned customer service w/why no refund...their response was the item looked worn. Brayola if you looked at the date & time stamp of delivery & the date & time the return label was scanned at the UPS store it was done w/i an hour. The second item I still have not received a full refund & I have sent numerous emails to customer service & their response has been insufficient regarding why they are not given a full refund for a non sale item. It makes no sense & I am done doing business w/Brayola. The whole process is inefficient & there appears to be no quality control in place.
