The classic all-beef dog was a little gamey. Like mutton. Just a touch, but I wasn't expecting it. Not unpleasant if you're expecting a lamb dog. I'll save them for when I'm doing something with a Moroccan flavor profile, but a thumbs-down for a straight-up dog.
