They are lucky to get one star. I tried to tell them that a house was empty as the occupier had left. Even after many attempts I could not get them to understand I did not have an account and I kept being told my details were not recognised - they would not be as I am not a customer,merely somone trying to keep them informed .
Truly hopeless service .Avoid .......
