I ordered an item in Dec and paid for "Express Delivery (3-5 Days Shipping)". I actually needed it for a performance so I needed it within a couple weeks. I thought 3-5 days shipping meant I'd get it in, well, 3-5 days. I received it over a month later. Seeing as they make sure you don't get your "expedited" package in under a month, you also can't get a refund, because their refund policy states they will only do this within 30 days. Misleading shipping and overpriced product. What a waste.
