Via email I enquired about the frame surface texture as the anthracite grey frame is not very well pictured in any of their catalogues, after a prompt reply, they also were not able to find a good image either, so sent me a Sample in the post, just Brilliant. Their design tool was like nothing else anywhere, so easy to use and really informative. never found any other site with ability to make so many choices and produce such a realistic image of what you are actually ordering. I have just ordered a " Timperley3 " composite blue door, "Elegance" glazed, complete with panels either side with "Minster" glass, all in the "Anthracite" framing. The only quirk i had with the tool was trying to match the glass in the side panels to the door glass. The side panel glass is depicted in a close up scale not making it easy to make a match. Anyways they again promptly got back to me with the name of the glass to order so as to all match up. Having just placed my order, I have been emailed my order conformation with all the details so as to double check everything is correct, and reply if something amiss. Also an explanation of order/manufacture/delivery process. So far all is Good...
