The boss of the company called me personally to keep me informed of delivery timescales and also to warn me of Yamaha UK's sometimes "difficult" process. Sure enough, the original estimated date was missed due to Yamaha's issues, but I was kept informed by Voicemail and SMS Test message. The second date was met and the deliverers agreed to build the Yamaha Clavinova CSP-170 AND to deliver it into an upstairs bedroom.
