Overall the visit to the store went smoothly, although I was quite disappointed to fins out that your Glasgow store doesn't offer studio services on Saturdays. For a student it's really hard to find a whole team of creatives to work days other than weekends, so to find that out after buying the student pack I was shocked and disappointed.
