Helpful staff, although some of the responses to my e-mail questions were quite slow. Item ordered was exactly what I was looking for and got a good deal. The courier they used dropped the package off at a neighbour's without a signature or a note through my door but luckily I have honest neighbours. Overall though, I had a good experience with Calumet and would use them again - unlike Jessops, who gave poor advice, poor value and dreadful service. Never again.
