I called a couple of times before ordering 3 kayaks and each person I spoke to was friendly and patient with me, they answered all my silly questions happily. The kayaks were delivered to Manchester by hand and were really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Richard kept me up to date and even provided an ETA for delivery. All in all a great service, will definitely be using again.
