1) It promises valuation data as part of the paid for report but no data was provided. 2) The report is only available online and will not be accessible to the purchaser after 30 days. It will not adequately print from screen or be copy/ pasted into a word document in a way that keeps the data legible. Therefore you don't get to keep or have ability to share the report (for instance to provide data to a prospective purchaser) beyond 30 days. So for me a waste of money.
