Buying is very good but if you have issues then that is where the issue lied. Not reply to any email even when they support to reply within 3 days (auto reply message) and Live chat (within 4hrs - 6 hrs) what a joke. That this time of writing the review I'm still on the live chat for nearly 2 hours for reply. Issue I have is that the voucher they sell have already been used. And other issue what that the my bank card supporting block the transaction but when buy again it work, so not sure what going on there. But send email with what they asked for and 2 days now still no communication on what happening: ie all clear resend the purchase voucher or clear but need to buy a new one or not clear and not even an auto reply email to said that they received your email. So that is very bad bad support, even the every bad one will at least auto reply to you. So used them with a bit of caution. Buying with no issue then good, but when you have issue then good luck with that. I have been using them for a while so I will only leave a feedback when I use company in a period of time to give a good and fair review.
