I have not heard back from anyone in MONTHS! I have emailed you all several times requesting a REFUND because the misleading language/ marketing for the "unlimited reports." I ran one SAMPLE report on a vehicle i was NOT getting and have not used this since then. I"M QUITE PISSED OFF NOW and ready to contact the BBB and file a claim to my Credit Card company to get the money back but i'd prefer if you all would just GET BACK TO ME AND WORK IT OUT WITH ME DIRECTLY.
