From start to finish cherished urns have been fantastic! They were understanding, caring at this sad and emotional time. They responded very quickly to any of my questions as I want both my parents in my jewellery. Their communication was outstanding. I was very impressed with the comprehensive kit which included everything I needed to complete my order including a pen! Absolutely ten out of ten all the way.
