I cant recommend this company enough for memorial jewellery. The customer service is excellent. I had several queries after placing my order including adding additional bits and changing the delivery address. I had a response to my email within a few hours each time. The company received my ashes the day after I posted them and my ring was ready for dispatch 2 days later. Everything was super fast and the customer service team were really friendly and reassuring. The ring itself came beautifully packaged and is stunning. I am beyond happy with it and it gives me great comfort having my Mum with me all the time in this ring.
