Lisa at Cherished urns was brilliant from the very start. Kind, compassionate and totally understood what I wanted at a sad distressing time. The urn I wanted was was out of stock but she went above and beyond to make certain I got that exact one (regardless) that I wanted for my Wife’s Ashes and in amazing time.
I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a beautiful resting place for their loved ones ashes. The staff are very human as well as the urns being beautiful.
