Thank you to Kayla and the team for my order. I lost my soulcat but had her ashes, fur and whisker put into a ring. Communication was quick and easy even before placing an order. I received my ring promptly but there was an element missing. I was so impressed with the effort made and possible solutions offered. It was kind, compassionate and generous. I got my ring corrected and again handled so professionally and quickly. I am super happy with it and with the company. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to remember a loved one in this way.
