I ordered a Gucci ring to spoilt myself. I had gotten to the delivery date and nothing had arrived so I emailed customer services who got straight back to be and said there was a delay so I could either have a refund, pick a new item or wait. Now I was more than happy to wait as I have wanted this ring for a while. I was kept up to date with progress and they are very quick at responding to emails. It arrived and I was very impressed that it comes with a quality control note hand signed which you do not get from other jewellers. Very happy and would definitely shop here again!
