Unfortunately we didn’t get what we booked.
We were supposed to be picked up with a big van but instead were welcomed by a driver in a Prius.
The driver was super friendly and tried to figure out how we and our 8 pieces of luggage would get in the car.
Would book city hook again but please don’t do that to your customers or drivers. It just seems as if you only want the money and don’t care about the customers experience.
