Terrible and liars.
Sold me pre-order keys, then changed the release date to their own release date, about 7 days after the official release date.
I cancelled a few days before, sent loads of emails to their service, they accepted to refund, but refused to give the refund, kept telling me in a few hours they will do so for 3 days. Never got the refund, also still not get the key 12 hours before release date.
