Shocking company and customer service will never use again. Very quick to reply in public view once reviews are left to make it look like they will look in to issues. Then in private fob you off and then stop responding.
I was misled into buying Xbox live package instead of ultimate after using a search engine specifically searching for ultimate. Cost me around £50 and left a 6 year old still unable to play the games he wanted too. Disgraceful all round.
