After I placed my order the key was delivered in seconds if not instantly. I had to get a refund for one game as Id got it for the wrong system due to the person I purchased the game for changing systems so after filling out the online form and a couple of emails I got a refund. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the refund was in the form of store credits and not refunded to the original purchase method. The refund was completed in a timely manner once the game had been released although I was told there would be a slight charge for the refund back to my payment method I was refunded in store credits.
