Excellent chocolate beads to make indulgent hot chocolate. As I am not a fan of dairy and find usual hot chocolate is too milky, I like that you can make the drink with hot water, then add a splash of (non-dairy or dairy) milk to taste. The 'dark' chocolate beads are intensely chocolatey and make perfect chocolate 'shots'.
