Excellent customer service as I had queries on shipping from AU to NZ. Communication with their customer service is prompt. My Cafelat Robot came on time and it was a delight to use. It’s an excellent Manual Espresso machine that’s user friendly. It’s well-built and creates tasty espresso with Crema. It has more thermal stability than most other Manual espresso machines that needs alot of multiple pre-heating before acquiring a tasteful espresso. It’s design is quirky and is a standout, (and great Conversation piece),in the Kitchen. Coffee Parts store had all of the accessories for the Robot so I also added that to the Cafelat Robot purchase. A great store to purchase ALL of your coffee needs.
