Very good company to deal with indeed. We have now bought 3 cars from Colin Appleyard, and having experienced atrocious service from other companies, have no intention of going anywhere else. All staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. They call you back when they say they will, and all work is undertaken when scheduled with no messing about. Just what you want. Service team have also been great to work with, fixing a defect free of charge and also providing me with a new parcel shelf free of charge, after I realised mine was damaged shortly after collecting the car. All in all, brilliant company and a great example of how it can be done.
