Comfort works was very easy to work with and I am so happy with the final product! My crate and barrel sofa looks brand new. The custom order was a very lengthy process, 2+ months from start to finish, however I understand that shipping times were delayed and they had an influx of orders that caused it to take so long. I was updated throughout the process, however, and if you’re willing to wait it’s definitely worth the end result!
