Everything happened exactly as they said it would. I wasn’t happy to learn it could take up to 9 months to handle a situation like ours, but that wasn’t their fault. Our resort was insane, so I was impressed they made any progress at all. When we finally got out I was very surprised and pleased. Well done team. No complaints from us and another 5 stars for the winningest team!
