I worked with Siegal medical group in 1979 and I am very familiar with the Cookie diet. Hopefully it will work like it did back then. Lots of people lost weight on it with a sensible diet. the only thing I would suggest is sending a diet plan together with the cookies to make it easier for the plan to work well.
