Criterion hospitality is one of the most disgraceful companies i have ever had to endure. Their customer service skills are shocking, they have no procedures to keep tenants properties safe and kept. The building manager for my building is Adam Hussain and he does nothing to care for the tenants, I have sent Adam over 10 emails over the last 4 weeks and he has not replied to 1 of them, he ignores me and makes excuses and lies to get you to go away and then hides when there are issues. Our issues being no heating and hot water for 3 weeks on and off, this week is week 4. After being ignored by Adam, I went to head office, they too ignore emails and if this do reply it will be a week or 2 later, extremely rude and dismissive, they have even hung up on many tenants when they call to get help as we have been desperate. I have a new born son, and I reported a blocked sink and no heating or hot water on the 19th, today is the 24th and I have not even had a reply to my email, I have told Adam again about the issues and he said he would send maintenence to me at 11:30, that was yesterday morning and still no one has come to help us. They also allow the building to stay filthy and unhygienic, even during this pandemic, the bins do not get cleaned which has led to flies which are in my house now as I am opposite the bins, this has been going on for 5 months and still my emails are being ignored. The pictures attached are of the bins which criterion have said get cleaned twice a week.
