It was a gift so unfortunately I cannot comment on the treats themselves but the customer service was great. I needed to change my delivery slot and emailed C&S, the response was very quick and they were accommodating. Unfortunately it was no delivered within the exact time slot I chose, late by half hour, so bear that in mind if you require exact timing. Getting refund for the extra I paid for that delivery slot was quick and easy though. My only issue is the high delivery cost and to be honest that would out me off future purchases.
