This company uses sharp practice to extort money from you. If, as I did, you use google to search for FREE CV downloads they come up. The way you then create your so-called free CV is cleverly done. They have been careful to not state their T&Cs that this is not a free CV nor at any point are you taken to their Home page on which (as they later assert) you can read their T&C's which state that you are in fact entering into a monthly contract whereby after 7 days they will take (in my situation) £19.99 from your account. There are no contractual terms stated at any point of the creating your so-called FREECV process and incredibly once you have taken the time to create it, you are then charged (in my case) .99p for the pleasure. Clever, because you think, .99p is not bad so you pay it because you have done all of the work and you think you are safe to pay it because nowhere have you seen on their website the fact they are actually going to shaft you for £19.99 7 days later and will continue to extort money from you until you realise and cancel. I emailed with screen shots of why I had no clue what I was entering into and yet they still refused to refund my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
