First time ordering with Dalby firewood. An easy process online and helpful on the telephone with a question I had. Delivery slot sent on text/mail the day before with a time frame. The quality of the kiln dried gold ash bags is first class and burns really lovely, hot and not so quickly. Yes you do have to pay more than your average bag on non dried wood but you don’t get the hiss of your wood smouldering instead of burning. I will order again. The delivery driver was a great help and got as close as he could to our log store with the low- loader and grab. A great help and not too much for him either. Thank you.
