My first time buying from Dalby. I ordered by phone, 2 meter cube Dalby gold crate and 25 bags of kindling. The young lady I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process easy. The order was delivered within 5 days and the driver called when 30 minutes away. The crate was wheeled direct into my garage quickly and efficiently. My only error was not checking the size of the kindling bags, I suspect I now have 2 winters worth. So far an excellent experience, I will happily report again when we start to use the stove and hence the Ash logs. Regarding ordering and delivery I would recommend Dalby Firewood.
