i had a small issue regarding the roberto cavalli class handbag i purchased and when calling the customer service line i spoke to a lady named becky who was extremely helpful and went out her way to resolve the problem. partially herself and partially forewding details to manager as it was a weekend and manager wasnt in till monday. monday i recieved the call as promised and the whole issue was resolved within promised timescales and with a suitable resolution. would def recommend daniel footwear.
