Ordering, delivery information and collection all very good, staff at collection point were efficient, polite and helpful.
The only problem was that later that week I received a string of emails informing me that my goods were "ready to collect", culminating in the final email saying that my order would be cancelled and monies refunded as I had not collected my items.
Possible loopholes in your systems could result goods collected and not being paid for. might be worth a check.
