I love the wall frames. Very sturdy and substantial. However, although I love the item, I only received 2 out of the 4 pieces in the set. When I contacted Decor Steals I was told that there was a shipping/packaging error and the warehouse didn't have any more of the items available. So I could keep the 2 that I have and accept a refund for half of what I paid, or return the 2 frames to Decor Steals for free and get a credit for the full price. It was very disappointing news because I had the perfect spot for all 4 pieces. I ended up keeping the two and taking the refund which was credited back to my account in only two days so that was nice but now have to rethink where I'm going to use the 2 pieces I have.
