I can't believe that you would even send me a review on the the step stool!!! Which I never received because you said your shipper lost it but your shipper said that they never received it from you! So not sure who is telling the truth but I am the one that winds up with nothing but a refund and a sorry. No let s get it right to you or how about a discount on your next order for the inconvenience of the whole situation. Nope nothing. 😔 customer service sucks as far as I am concerned especially since I am a frequent buyer. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
