Update: Customer service did send out a new order to me as UPS was just sitting on the ticket with no response and I did receive my purchased item within 3 days.
I have been waiting now for two weeks after delivery said it was delivered. Delivery snapped a photo of a property that they said they left it at and it was not there. Still waiting on customer service. The picture was the one UPS sent me. Not my property
