Disappointed with the quality of cards and customer service this year. I had a repeat order of cards from last year’s Christmas card. They arrived this year on very thin floppy card. Customer service was excellent up until the point where I had to query the printing mistake. We went back and forth for days before they would reprint as they didn’t want to reprint until I had sent cards to Belfast for review. Knowing that this process would take too long for Christmas cards I pressed for a reprint. When the new cards arrived they were also not as thick as last years and start to curl outwards so they collapse. I lost energy to try and negotiate with them, so have taken the financial hit and found another supplier.
