The package was damaged a lot in shipping, however there were only minor dings on the stand, no big deal and not their fault. The main reason for reducing the number of stars to 4 is the quality. Don't get me wrong, it is good, just not great. I wish there was a way to stabilize the swinging shelf. Also, the screen is frustrating to unroll and not easy to add banner after built (the top or bottom must be completely removed). Good not Great, hope it holds up to wear and tear.
