The web site and ordering process were user-friendly. There were several options of the product to chose from with comparisons. My only negative comments would be that I clicked on the options to have the product delivered on a truck with a lift gate because we do not have a loading dock. The product (420 lbs.) arrived in a semi on a pallet. The driver had no way of removing the item and I could not very well lift it out on my back. Luckily our garage personnel had a fork-lift and removing the item. This was poor planning or poor communication with the delivery service.
